You will receive the note pictured.You are purchasing an Eagle Pass, TX - $10 1882 Brown Back Fr. 484 The First National Bank of Eagle Pass Ch. # 4490 graded Very Fine 20 by PMG. (Per Heritage) A scarce early note from this bank in Maverick County along the Mexican border, this is one of just three Brown Backs in the census. One of the other two is locked away in the Philpott/Moody holdings. The finer of the pair available to collectors, this example features attractive color and the bold penned signatures of bank Cashier E.H. Schmidt and President F.V. Blesse. PMG mentions minor repairs but they are well executed and not at all distracting.
