Buying From U.S. Coins and Jewelry
U.S. Coins and Jewelry orders are shipped via US First Class and priority Mail, USPS Express Mail. Each package is fully insured and most will require a signature upon delivery.
YOUR BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESSES MUST MATCH AND WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES.
Packages take on average between 1 and 7 business days for delivery. On rare occasions there have been delays on products like Silver Eagles due to overwhelming orders to the US Mint. The tracking number will be provided to your email on the date of shipment.
If anything happens to your package while in transit, it is fully covered by our insurance, however we will not accept responsibility if you have left instruction with any carriers or delivery service to leave parcels un-attended for you without need for a signature, or if there are instructions to leave your package with some one else, such as a building manager, neighbor or drop-off location. Also, once a package is shown to be delivered by the carrier, U.S. Coins and Jewelry's responsibility ends.
If metals we ship to you are lost or damaged in transit, it is our responsibility to pursue any claim with the insurance company. If we determine the package is lost or damaged, we file a claim. We reserve the right to re-ship your items or refund your money at our discretion.
All orders are made on a best efforts basis. U.S. Coins and Jewelry will not be responsible for any errors, negligence or inability to execute an order. Any difference between the price you bought and our current asking price is your responsibility, as well as the $35 cancellation fee. Any market gain that comes from a cancellation is U.S. Coins and Jewelry’s to keep.

Once we examine the item/s and give you a purchase confirmation order, your price has been locked in and your transaction may no longer be canceled - only off set by current market values. If you cancel your order, any difference between the purchase price and current market values is your responsibility. Again, there is a $35 cancellation fee.
