This is a PCGS Graded Coin and you will receive the pictured coin. You are Buying a 1925-S Saint Gaudens Double Eagle graded MS62 by PCGS. One of several Mint State examples of this deceivingly scarce, heavily melted Saint-Gaudens issue, this example has very nice luster and a minimum of marks for the grade. Survivors of this challenging S-mint are more apt to be lightly circulated than other branch mints from the era, as can be quickly confirmed by number of AU55 and AU58 pieces certified by both PCGS and NGC. This bright yellow-gold example is hardly wanting for luster, but is kept from a Select or finer rating by numerous light field marks on the obverse and noticeable stacking friction at the borders. This is an excellent coin to add to your collection.
